North Nungarin Road Closed 7 April to 21 April 2025

North Nungarin Road from Cornish Road to Williams Road. Detours will be in place. Note the Communication Channel will be 40.

The 7 Shire's of the NEWROC are participating in a study with the Wheatbelt Development Commission to analyse housing demand for workers. To help understand housing needs, we would like input from the business community, farming enterprise, workers and other interested community members. Notice of Special Council Meeting 11.03.2025

From the 1st March - 31st March 2025 the Shire of Nungarin will be in a Restricted Burning Period and a Burning Permit will be required.

As well as a TFB there will also be a Harvest Ban for Today the 17th January. Harvest Ban will be until 6pm.

Please note the Harvest Ban for Today the 16th of January has been Lifted (At 4pm) and there will be a Total Fire Ban for Tomorrow the 17th of January.
